Computerised Instant Valuations



Automated property valuations use mathematical modelling combined with data. These tools calculate a property’s value at a specific point in time by analyzing values of comparable properties, they also take into account current asking prices, previous surveyor valuations, historical house price movements and user inputs (e.g. number of bedrooms, property improvements, etc.).

This type of valuation provides basic details and gives you an approximate price in 60 seconds and offer a valuation range depending on your homes condition. - perfect if you're just curious about your homes value. These valuations are accurate in around 80% of cases.



Expert Digital Valuation



A digital or remote valuation comes without the need for an agent to come out and visit your property, you provide details of your properties key selling points and any improvements you may have made. You can also upload some photos for the agent to review and using their expert local knowledge and taking into account current market conditions, the agent can then send you a more detailed valuation report, usually within 24 hours - perfect if you’re looking to move within the next 12 months. Digital expert valuations are accurate in 90% of cases.
