This diverse role will introduce the successful candidate to all aspects of estate agency with a clear pathway for career progression. We will train you in all aspects of estate agency and best practice in our industry. The role involves three main areas of responsibility’s:
Marketing.
You will be trained in, and become responsible for all aspects of the production of marketing details for properties advertised through our agency. This will include; photography, videography, producing detailed floor plans, descriptions, virtual tours and you will manage our social media feeds.
Viewings
The successful candidate will conduct viewings for clients that choose our accompanied viewing and open house service. This will require you to show potential buyers around our properties. During these appointments you will be expected to gain initial viewing feedback for our clients and look for opportunities to introduce our mortgage advise and conveyancing partner services.
Negotiation
The successful candidate will become a key member of our sales team and handle property offer negotiation as well as sales progression & administration. You will be responsible for maintaining up to date, accurate information for our records within our industry leading marketing platform.
Hours of work.
The successful candidate will be required to work 5.5 days per week Monday-Saturday which includes a full day on Saturday. Our service is available 7 days a week so from time to time you may need to carry out appointments or answer calls outside of your ordinary hours, this responsibility will be shared with your colleagues.
In return we will offer you a competitive salary, bonus package, full on the job training, industry recognised qualifications, pension contributions and 25 days paid annual leave. Once qualified the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be trained in the art of property valuation and enter our Partner Agent Program where they can become a self employed agent in business partnerships with us with unlimited earning potential.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be uncompromising on quality in respect of their work and be smartly dressed and presentable. You will have a keen interest in property and the desire to become one of the the best players in the industry.
No estate agency experience is required as full training will be given however you will already have good computer skills and a thorough understanding of social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Linked-in and Tiktok. You will need to have access to your own vehicle and have a reasonably clean driving licence.
